TERMS & CONDITIONS

Terms and conditions (“Terms” or "Rules of the house") are a set of legal terms defined by the owner of a website. They set forth the terms and conditions governing the activities of the website visitors on the said website and the relationship between the site visitors and the website owner. 

Terms must be defined according to the specific needs and nature of each website. For example, a website offering products to customers in e-commerce transactions requires Terms that are different from the Terms of a website only providing information.     

Terms provide the website owner the ability to protect themselves from potential legal exposure.

RULES OF THE HOUSE

  1. Check-in: 4:00 PM onwards / Checkout: no later than 10:30 AM

  2. Self check-in with code/key

  3. No pets allowed

  4. No smoking in the entire building

  5. No parties/events

  6. Don't move furniture

  7. Respect the neighbours. Avoid disturbing noise levels and keep the silence between 10pm and 8am.

  8. The income and hall must always be kept free. It is not permitted to store or temporarily leave bicycles, strollers, scooters or other stuff there.

  9. Please ONLY throw regular toiletpaper in the toilet.

  10. Do not pour fats/oils in the sink, shower or toilet.

  11. Before entering the dishwasher, remove remaining foods, grease and oils as possible from your pots.

  12. The use of the lift is prohibited for children under the age of 12 who are not accompanied by an adult.

  13. The lift may never be used in case of fire. 8)

  14. In case of fire, call immediately 100

  15. Take care of the building, materials and furniture as if it would be yours. Dammage will be deducted from the deposit, and if neccessary claimed by other means.

  16. Take care not to damage the paint on walls and doors.

  17. We kindly ask you to leave the apartment in decent condition, which is:

    1. remove all garbage from the appartment

    2. empty the fridge/freezer (DON'T TURN OFF) and wash the remaining dishes

    3. Please put everything back where you found it.

    4. Leave furniture in the right place.

    5. Leave oven/ microwave neatly

    6. Put dried used towels in the bathroom laundry basket.

  18. If an exceptional cleaning is required, the extra costs will be taken from the deposit.14)

  19. Candles or any other light and/or heat sources including appliances such as a fryer, gourmet or fondue, charcoal barbecue are not permitted in the building. This due to safety measures

  20. Loss of keys or parkingbadges = 50eur costs for each loss.
